  • What are your Covid-19 protocols?

    Memory Makers is following these guidelines for ALL on-site photoshoots:

    • Employee temperature checks completed daily
    • Employees are required to wear masks at all times
    • Employees are required to wear gloves when deemed necessary
    • Plastic dividers will be strategically utilized where needed
    • Hand sanitizer will be available at all workstations
    • Props, pens, and other high use items are sanitized after EACH use

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We happily accept cash, checks, major credit cards (including American Express & Discover), and money orders on-site. Check with your school/studio for online ordering options. 

  • I have multiple children being photographed, do I need a separate form for each child?

    Yes, in order to keep our paperwork in order, a separate form is required for each child. However, one payment can be made for multiple orders. Please see a table associate on picture day for more details.

  • We want to take a buddy/sibling shot. How do we place that order?

    Ordering buddy/sibling shots is simple. Those pictures are still considered “individuals” on the order form, so you have multiple order options. Simply write “Buddy Shot” in the Class Name box and complete the rest of your order. This only needs to be done on ONE person’s order form.

  • Can I reorder more photos after I receive my order?

    Yes, every order comes with an access code that takes you right to your photo. So there is no need to search through full galleries trying to find your child’s picture. Click here to visit our reordering site now.

  • Is there any guarantee with our order?

    All of our portraits include a 100% money-back-guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Retakes are offered on a school-by-school basis. Due to copyright laws, digital orders are exempt from full refunds. Please see our contact page and reach out to our customer service department if you have any questions or concerns.
