Before the Photo Date
- Extensive planning to ensure a successful picture day

- Select from over 125 custom backgrounds to fit the recital theme
- Online pre-ordering with exclusive sales and specials
- Physical notices and advertisements sent directly to studio
- Full-time order assistance team to assist families with their orders
DURING the Photo Date
- Friendly staff including 2 Professional photographers and 1 sales table associate (if your studio requires more assistance, we will increase our staff to fit your needs)
- Photographers are trained in posing and have a history of working with children
- Posing Guides are sent with our crews to offer a wide variety of poses
- Complete prop sets are available at no charge
- Sales table associates are available to help parents with any questions they may have with ordering on picture day
- All staff members require a background check by HireRight to ensure safety and security
- Your time is valuable -- we strive to respect your schedule so picture day is timely for both you and your families.
AFTER the Photo Date
- To avoid requiring individuals to pick up their packages from your studio, we now ship directly to homes. If you do prefer to pass out the packages individually, we ship all orders via UPS directly to you
- Full time customer service department to ensure all questions are thoroughly reviewed and answered in a timely and professional manner
- Studios receive their complimentary items along with a rebate of sales (10% and up)
- Dedicated Customer Relations department to assist studio owners with custom complimentary items such as whole school composites
